The first train of each day starts at Norchard but in this photo we have skipped south to Lydney Junction at the southern end of the railway. The remaining photos are in order from south to north. WD 152, hidden behind the station building, heads the five carriage train which is waiting for the footplate experience train pulled by BR 5541 to arrive at the opposite platform.
